So, Chris and I got our keys this week! We now own a townhouse in Folsom. It is right across the street from the park, library, zoo. Perfect location! Christopher, with the help of Erick started working in it yesterday. Last night, tonight, and Saturday he will be taking down the popcorn ceilings. Next week, he will be adding surround sound, sanding the ceiling, and texturing. The week after that is painting, and then moving in!
If you have free time and enjoy doing work like that, we would love some help!
Also, in our backyard...well, its not really a backyard. It's fairly small...a patio. But, out "there" is room for a garden. I'm so excited!
