Show Me Your Heart [the REAL thing]

OK I just started this 10 minutes ago, and then the computer had to restart for some lame reason. So, here we go again....

I was tagged my P Dawg at a while ago, and I am just now getting around to it. Sorry P Dawg.

The tag: "with as much creativity as you can muster, show your heart in: a picture, a poem, a song (or piece of music), a phrase (or quote), an item of clothing, a place, and (just for fun) a Disney princess. If you want to join in, tag 6 more blogs."

Picture:

Emery and nature. This is her when we went camping [my original reason for putting off this post]

Poem:

Eighteen years of glory
Two years of pain
Eternity and more
To remember the name
A soul so much loved
A heart so much missed
A hug to give forgotten
A wished cheek to kiss
You said youd always be here
You said youd never leave
But where are you now
When I need you here with me?
I know its not your fault
Your in the better place
But nothing can ever stop me
From missing that handsome face.
I try these days to remember
So I can not forget you
The dreams you said you had of me
The songs you sang so true
Such a wonderful face
Such am amazing voice
A genuine person
Sent to heaven with no choice.
Im sorry for what was said
And more for what was not
Im sorry for my stubborn self
And the stupid fight we fought
I wish to go back two years in time
To make this up to you
Atleast so when you passed away
You knew how much I loved you.
I loved you like a brother,
A brother I'd never forget.
One glorious day we'll meet again
A glorious reunion I bet.
Watch down on me from heaven
Be my angel in the sky.
Rest in Peace, Watch in Peace,
True balla forever in style.

-Me, written in March of 2007.

Song:

"Where are you going, my little one, little one?

Where are you going, my baby, my own?
Turn around and you're two. Turn around and you're four.

Turn around and you're a young girl going out of the door.
Turn around. Turn around.

Turn around and you're a young girl going out of the door.
Where are you going, my little one, little one?

Little dirndls and petticoats, where have you gone?
Turn around and you're tiny. Turn around and you're grown.

Turn around and you're a young wife with babes of your own.
Turn around. Turn around.

Turn around and you're a young wife with babes of your own."

-"Turn Around" by many artists

This is the song my mom used to sing to me before bed.

Quote or Phrase:

"Love at first sight is easy to understand; it's when two people have been looking at each other for a lifetime that it becomes a miracle." -Amy Bloom.

If shoes count...

This house has a name. A name? Yes. Altair.

This is the house in Sea Ranch, CA where my husband and I stayed on our honeymoon. It was beautiful. There is a huge backyard, walking distance to the ocean, we saw lots of wildlife in beautiful nature, and it was a beautiful house. Altair at Sea Ranch.
